incredible!!! probably the best massage I've gotten Rebecca has incredible skill and released knots in my shoulders that have been bugging  me for ages. She is also very gentle and checks in during the treatment to make sure the pressure suits. she also gave me some small stretches after the massage which I appreciated. 100% will book in again Rebecca is incredible at her craft.

This is not a fixed massage treatment.
 It is a personalised body maintenance session guided by a professional assessment and your body’s needs on the day.
The focus is on regulating tension, especially in the neck, back and shoulders, while supporting the nervous system and overall body balance.
Techniques may vary throughout the session, ranging from gentle release to deeper work when appropriate — always within safe, respectful boundaries.
This session works best as part of a process, rather than a one-off visit.
