I've been booking with Sophena for over 18 months and cannot recommend her enough. Every massage is totally bespoke and really demonstrates her passion and knowledge, rather than going through the motions. I also get the head spa treatment which is one of the most unique and relaxing experiences and I recommend it to everyone.

It was a brilliant massage, nice and firm which helped relax and undo knots in my muscles. Can’t recommend highly enough and I’ll definitely be booking again,

First visit to Sophena. I suffer from chronic hip and back pain..It has been really painful the past few days. Booked massage last minute then cancelled it in error...when I realised what I had done I sent Sophena a message. I should have lost my deposit but Sophena kindly rearranged for later in the day. Massage was probably one of the best I have had. Would highly recommend. Thank you
