I had a full body massage from Tamara yesterday evening. I went in with tight knotted shoulders and discomfort in my hips. Felt a massive improvement/relief immediately after my massage in general but the best of all, I woke up this morning with not needing to stretch the pain out of my hips before getting out of bed. Thanks Tamara - miracle hands!
