Please book the time that you would like your massage and arrive just over an hour before this time to attend the contrast suite. Robes and slippers are provided but please bring a towel and swimsuit. We advise you have a warm shower before leaving the contrast area and change into underwear before your massage. Once the session in the contrast suite is booked by us, your appointment will be confirmed in person. Please ensure you allow a hour before your massage start time to visit the Contrast Therapy Suite, and we will confirm both appointments are booked.
