Brenda is magical. It's hard to describe the experience to do her enough justice, but it's like she nurtures you from head to toe, quite literally. Highly recommend to anyone. I leave feeling lighter and more present, relaxed and clear. Thank you as always Brenda!

I felt warmth and welcome as soon as I entered the studio at Casa Regina. I didn't know quite what to expect but leaving the treatment/therapy there is not a better word than 'powerful'. Brenda is highly skilled and attuned and read what I needed and where I was holding tension and emotional pain better than with words. The treatment was multi sensory - touch, smell, sound - and fully immersive. I felt fully held and I am so very grateful for the care I received from Brenda - I will definitely be booking more regularly. Thank you ❤️
