Tui Na uses massage techniques such as acupressure, myofascial release, and reflexology along the acupuncture meridians as a way of removing energetic blocks and restoring equilibrium and balance to the body.

Gua Sha enhances circulation, improving blood and qi flow, reducing pain and expediting healing.
