She was lovely. Explained things well as she was cutting and always checked in with me to see how I liked things or asked if I wanted things changed. My appointment didn’t feel rushed either which I liked

Such a lovey woman. She gave my hair it's first trim after it growing back after losing it all to chemo. Thank you so much.

Thanks so much Isla and Ashlin for my colour and cut. I got home and both my Husband and Daughter commented that it is the best look I've had. Once again thank you for listening to what I want (as well as deciphering what I want) and not doing the opposite! By far the best salon and hairdressers I have been too

Knowledgeable staff, great service, quick if you just need a cut and style. Ashlin is approachable, professional and has a fun personality. Easily one of the best hairdressers I’ve been to, highly recommend.

I know the level of service this salon is capable of delivering which is why today's experience for me was disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than appointment and sat down to do work and wait. Due to a late customer, low staffing levels, this all impacted my experience. It was over 30mins before I got set cover put on. Even longer before I got colour put in. I understand challenging days happen and today I felt that in the service I didnt recieve. Noone was rude, just too busy and spread thin and stull paid in full. I provide this feedback to be constructive.

My mum was very happy with her haircut today...thank you for your advice and care much appreciated
