Great as usual, the hairdresser is always gentle and patient with my son

Our daughter had her first haircut with Bella. She loved the whole experience and Bella made it feel like a real treat. We have one happy little girl!

It was nice ‘cause of Disney cars and the tv which was playing kids channel. nice setting and also the haircut/ nailservice was ok , however it’s unacceptable to wash the kids hair with cold water. I booked the daybefore the appointm and asked if they wash hair and they said “yes” .I got to the appointment and My daughter told me that the water was cold while the lady was washing her hair, when I ask why the water was cold she explained that the water tool is not connected to the pipe so there is not hot water, we could not complete properly theshampoo, we washed fast aswater was freezingcold

Wonderful experience. Bella was lovely and my daughter’s hair looks fabulous.

This is a totally magical experience- a lot included in the price - my little girl loved getting her first haircut.
