Carmel did a fantastic job with lightening my base colour. So happy with the result!

very happy with the hair cut and had a lovely conversation with Carmel

Even after a mix up with my appointment, (my fault not theirs), everyone was happy to move things around a little to make it work. Carmel and the team were amazing again. I left with a great colour and cut and lots of laughs. Thanks everyone involved.
