She took the time to talk through every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The final result is perfect—my hair blended really well and looks beautifully brightened. I highly recommend Charlotte, and will definetly be back.

Absolutely amazing experience! She completely restored my confidence in my hair and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She listened to exactly what I wanted while also making sure we did what was best for my hair.

I would recommend Charlotte to anyone. She is friendly professional & my hair always looks amazing when she does it. I've had several compliments since Charlotte started doing my hair. She really listened to what I wanted when colouring my hair it's the best it's ever looked.
