I always have a great experience with Felicia. I've had times where I've been a few minutes behind schedule and I really appreciate her still accommodating me.

Felicia is wonderful to work with and a great technician. Though laser is a pain to get (hah), Felicia makes sure the process goes as smooth as possible!

Wonderful, as always!! I had an IPL treatment for the first time. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, and if I was OK throughout the treatment. She’s lovely.
