I was diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis a few years ago .. prescribed medication and steroid nasal spray helped but did not stop me getting bad episodes during the Summer. This Summer I added 2 anti histamines an air purifier in my bedroom, not drying clothes outside and regular lymphatic drainage massages with Helen and I have not had a single sinus episode. I thoroughly recommend Helen’s lymphatic drainage massages.. They are a game changer .. you can feel the difference after the massage.

Helen was so lovely and very accommodating! I had the body sculpt massage, highly recommend!

The best I got it is the renovation feeling and top up energy, Helen is a medical professional who knows in deep her job as a medic, she can found the pain location without explaining to her, I count this is a deep knowledge, appreciate your effort Helen and I strongly recommend her I will keep coming to keep stable and Regards all

I have been very inactive for the past few years and I am finding Helen’s massages excellent. Every session gives me improved mobility and flexibility.. that allows me to build my strength up gradually. I feel so much better.. more energy. I’m looking forward to continuing with Helen.
