IQ was very nice and her treatment was thorough and reliable. The lady who took care of cold mask and applied sunscreen onto my face (I believe I saw her today for the first time) was also nice and her work was gentle.

It was really good.. Nurse was very accomodating and friendly🥰🥰🥰

I had a wonderful experience at Balabala Laser Clinic and would highly recommend it for professional treatments and excellent customer service. From my consultation with Karen through to my treatments. Special thanks to Olivia in the reception for her patience during my follow-up appointments. A special mention to Senior Beautician IQ, who has performed most of my treatments. Her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality made every appointment such a positive experience. Thank you as well to the two beauticians who performed my Mesopeel and Hydra treatments. You’re all amazing! 🫶
