Kathy is a highly trained and accredited sports therapist, reflexologist, exercise trainer (cardiac and cancer protocols a specialty) and advanced Lymphoedema therapist. She works with patients with lipedema, lymphoedema and those pre and post surgical care, including cosmetic surgery. She teaches and practises yoga every day and is a teacher trainer for Yoga Therapy Ireland.
