I usually go to the Alamo Ranch location. Definitely worth the trip. I enjoyed the Zen Japanese head spa, and my elite eyelash refill. Experience is always great.

My provider did not speak any English so I could not communicate with her. I was hoping for a nice head massage, but it was constant hard scratching and was not pleasant. The neck massage was OK, but she dug in really hard on my spine, which hurt, and then not enough pressure on the neck and shoulder muscles. The neck massage was the same stroke over and over. The arm massage was great; too bad it was so short. I came in because I saw a video online and the head and neck massage looked amazing but that is not what I got.

Linda was amazing! I received the summer glow ritual and it was so relaxing. The entire process was pleasant and peaceful. Linda was very professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I felt completely refreshed by the end of the treatment and appreciated all of the attention to details like complimentary refreshments and foot massage while getting my hair dried. I would recommend this head spa experience to anyone interested and will definitely be coming back!

Anna and Linda were great! My husband and I got our treatments together. They started right on time, were so kind, and it was very relaxing. This was our first time and we really enjoyed it.
