Great experience overall. The interior design is stunning and thoughtfully executed. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment instead of 15 due to unexpected traffic, but the reception staff didn't rush us. After settling in with water and menus, the massage began with 10 mins of setup. The hands on treatment lasted roughly 35 - 40 minutes and was incredibly restorative. However, for the price point, it was not the hour we paid for. During the facial, I mentioned jaw tension but would have loved physical massage rather than just ointment. That said, the treatment was lovely. Thank you!
