Lou was welcoming and went though what I wanted and she explained everything before she started.nails were great so was my brows polite and calming environment 10/10.

Honestly think its disgusting that she has this much talent!! Always happy with my nails/brows/lashes. Booked up for rest of the year with her.

Lou was brilliant, so gentle. We chatted whilst having my eyelashes done, and I almost fell asleep multiple times. I was so relaxed. Only person I go to :)
