Massage with Liz, LLC 503-475-4105

I went to Liz when I was in crisis mode, unable to stand for more than 5 min at a time. I walked out of her place able to move, and stand! She actually understands how our muscles work/work together. Ive been to plenty of other massage therapists who ONLY know how to make you feel good during the massage. But Liz actually heals me, and allows me to continue to work, and carry out activities of daily living. She is the only massage therapist that I will go to and suggest to others! Worth every cent!

Liz is intuitive and amazing. When I started seeing her a year ago, I was pretty jacked up. I couldn't even articulate where and how I was hurting. Liz found those spots (and many others) and with regular visits has helped improve my confidence and my ability to tackle whatever adventure awaits.
