Incredibly professional and great atmosphere. Exactly the results I wanted and easy to communicate with, especially as someone who has curly hair and it’s a nightmare to get the perfect cut. Santana delivered it flawlessly.

I had such a great experience getting my haircut! Santana was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy with the length and style. I also really appreciated how helpful she was in answering all my questions she explained how to properly care for my hair and gave me great tips on styling it at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident. Truly a hidden gem in Hampstead. Highly recommend!
