Really helpful sports therapy massage, I felt really relieved afterwards. I also had some questions to ask for pain management and injury prevention, and the physio was happy to provide suggestions regarding this.

Ghassan was amazing. It was my first sports massage and he put me at ease immediately. He talked me through what he was doing and showed me how to do stretches and after care. The experience was great and I can’t believe that I hadn’t been sooner. Will definitely be returning when I need it again.
