As always, had an excellent service from Hana and Jennifer for the hair treatment and manicure. Eldia did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails and gave her exactly the nail design she wanted.

Hana is wonderful! She is professional and friendly at the same time, and she really understands my hair. Her hands are so light, and her blowouts are fabulous. Both my daughter and I trust her with our treatments and always leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great skill on the haircut itself, but the customer service felt quite cold and distant throughout the appointment. While I appreciate the quality of the cut, the overall experience lacked the welcoming atmosphere I look for when visiting a salon.
