We feel so fortunate to have booked an appointment with Jay for our six year old son's haircut yesterday. He has severe anxiety about haircuts but Jay immediately made him feel seen, understood and in trusted hands. He was so caring and empathetic and managed to find ways to get my son communicating&out of the state of panic he was in. Jay's haircutting skills are nothing short of the ultimate hair artistry. He is very talented; he gave my son the most superb haircut where he worked with his head shape and natural texture. Thank you Jay! We will be back
