Marisa was great and so sweet so this comment is based on scheduling. I requested a Swedish massage and Marisa told me she does Thai massages and that she does not do traditional Swedish massages. Again Marisa was really nice but I personally don’t like Thai massages so my expectations were not met which is really unfortunate because I’m a new mom and this was my one time away for myself.

Enhance your experience further by adding red light therapy to your treatment.  Red light panels can be applied to the scalp to help promote hair growth by nourishing the hair follicles.  Or the red light panel can be applied to the face, which helps regenerate skin cells and boost in the production of collagen. While the red light panel works its magic, experience a light touch massage on your arms and legs.

Cupping uses suction cups to address stagnations, toxins, and boost blood and lymph circulation, stimulating underlying muscles. Both therapies bring stagnant blood to the skin's surface, facilitating efficient elimination through the lymphatic system. Although painless, transient bruise-like marks may emerge, indicating the release of stagnations.

Body Gua Sha + Cupping Treatment

Step onto the mat and into an ancient current of healing. Therapeutic Thai Massage, born from 2,500 years of elemental medicine, begins with a gentle look into your body’s inner landscape — where earth, water, fire, wind, and space may fall out of harmony. From this quiet inquiry, a personalized ritual unfolds. Traction unwinds what has been held too tightly. Myofascial release creates new rivers beneath the skin. Warm compresses breathe herbs into your fascia, while rhythmic percussion stirs the lymph and awakens flow. Each touch honors the elements within you, guiding body, mind, and spirit back toward balance.

This session takes place on a padded floor mat. Wear soft, moveable clothing so your body can follow where the healing leads. Yoga attire and long sleeves recommended.

For those not yet ready to journey fully onto the mat, Thai Table Massage offers a
bridge — a meeting place between the familiar comfort of table work and the ancient rhythm of Thai bodywork. On a warm table, fully clothed, your body is guided through shapes of rest and
release: turning from belly to back, curling to the side, settling upright when needed. Muscles lengthen, circulation blooms, and old tension loosens its grip. You leave feeling elongated, unburdened, and softly reawakened — especially through the low back, hips, and legs where so much of life’s weight is carried. 
Please come dressed in easy, athletic attire such as yoga pants and a fitted long-sleeve top.

Thai Table Massage

Enhance your experience by adding Red Light therapy to your treatment.  Panels can be applied to the face, which helps regenerate skin cells and boost in the production of collagen, or to the scalp, to help promote hair growth by nourishing the hair follicles.  
While the panel works its magic, experience a light touch massage on your arms and legs.
