She enjoys treating Chronic Pain, Spinal Issues, Neck and Shoulder Issues and Hip Problems the most. Having mindset coaching, and body energetics in her skill set, Gemma really looks at the body's underlying stresses and more recently has opened up appointments in Body Energetics, as well as her traditional Myotherapy sessions.

Very communal with diversity in other people bathing, respectful, lovely staff, flexible in terms of food accessibility late at night, also healthy food options(!), feel reasonably safe at night. Efficient change rooms and amenities.

I saw Gemma three times, and every session was different but incredibly powerful. Each one left me feeling lighter, clearer and even better than the session before. Gem is truly amazing at what she does. She is passionate, intuitive and always seems to get to the root of what I need to work through and clear. She creates such a safe and supportive space and I always felt understood throughout the process. She is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone wanting support, clarity, healing or help moving through anything that may be holding them back.
