Maria is truly amazing to work with. I feel so heard and listened to, she combines her amazing listening skills and thoughtful questions to provide the best therapy experience i have ever had. I am so lucky to have found Maria and can't recommend her enough!

Maria has helped me work through some really challenging times and has been amazing throughout. She’s helped me understand myself more deeply and feel more comfortable in my own skin. The sessions have also included practical help on how to chart a new future and it’s truly been transformative.
