A relaxing "desk-worker's delight", where I lost all track of time and switched off for an hour or so. Sarah made me feel very much at ease and concentrated on the parts of my shoulders, neck and back that needed it most.

Sarah was very warm and welcoming. Sarah is very knowledgeable and ensured she knew where my problem areas were before she began. I had a lovely relaxing massage.
