I don’t really do reviews but i know they help others when choosing the right counsellor etc Kate is simply amazing at what she does, the care, support and knowledge she has is incredible! Ive certainly showed some different sides to me in sessions and shes cared for every side, but also calls me out on some of my bullsh*t too which i needed. If you’re in need of a counsellor then id 100% recommend Kate. Ive come so far with her and i know we’re gonna get to where i want to be. Shes one of the only people i trust and you can go in there and not be judged. You wont be disappointed 😌

Today marks 8 weeks since I started my therapy journey with Kate and I can honestly say it's the best decision I ever made. She has created such a warm and calm space and it's clear how passionate she is about making a real change in people's lives. Highly recommended!

Kate is very professional and really knows her stuff! Overall a very positive experience, I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family if needed in the future.
