A busy working mum of 3 boys I understand life's stressors. Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Holistic Therapist, and well being coach I work with you to restore your inner balance and feel real relief. Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the mind, body and spirit. I integrate a range of therapies to prevent and treat disease and promote optimal health.

Loved getting a spray tan here. I've gone a great colour and the lady that did it was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back again for another one. :)
