I focus on chronic tension, athletic recovery, prenatal/postpartum support, and targeted pain relief. Prenatal sessions can be side-lying or, when appropriate, prone with an Earthlite pregnancy pillow. Free cupping, stones, aromatherapy, and IASTM available on request.
