Amazing as always, recent knee and hip problems meant my whole body was tense. What a relief, feeling so much better

Today was more of a maintenance session rather than my usual holistic relaxation treatment, as I’d been experiencing some muscle pain. The treatment really helped ease it, and once again I left feeling much better and very glad I went.
