The beautician was very nice and helpful and the products nice (black soap; mud musk). However, the hammam experience was below what I expected. The spa doesn't have the hammam culture (I am from Morocco). the hammam scrub room was cold and not very clean (hair floating in the jacuzzi). I won't go back there again at least for the Hammam
