Today I visited Loxy Locks feeling a little anxious, not because of Lauren, but because of an experience I had elsewhere last week. From the moment I arrived, Lauren’s warmth and expertise immediately put me at ease. Before my appointment, she jokingly said she “couldn’t work miracles,” but I can honestly say she absolutely did today! My hair feels amazing and looks incredible.
