Mata is fabulous! Super attentive and knowledgeable, he really understands the body mechanics. Even after the first session, I left feeling like I'd regained a lot of range of motion.

Possibly the best remedial work I’ve ever had done! I’ve never seen so much change in my physical condition before. Primal Bodies has a deep understanding of his craft and would recommend to anyone, especially those in active professions.
