Goodness. What exactly was in your hair when you entered the salon that survived professional Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner in the hands of a senior stylist? If Paul Mitchell and Renée couldn't move it — wow.

Particularly remarkable given that, by your own account, the blow wave itself was OK.

You also published your review before the service had any meaningful opportunity to fulfil its climate-aligned promise. We would genuinely prefer a 1-star review after the blow wave had been allowed to perform in Cairns conditions.

More washing does not make a better blow wave. More heat does not make a better blow wave. We will not require a senior stylist to burn her hands because time and visible effort are being used as proxies for value. We render the service required, not theatre around it.

My first point and firmest is washing and conditioning client's hair thoroughly.  This Renee lapsed in.  But Renee's blow dry was OK.  For the price do I think it sufficed, unfortunately not. Would I return or recommend NO!!!!!!.
