Friendly and professional as always

It was Okay. There wasnt any consultation, not much explanation, no after care advise given. Complete disinterest was shown to me. I was disappointed that I was left with quite significant bruising in my neck and deep scratches. I havent seen much of a difference and won't be looking to book anything else.

Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
