Our therapist will apply various degrees of finger pressure on the deepest layers of muscle tissue and you may experience some tenderness. This type of massage uses movements against the muscles rather than moving with them in order to free up any muscle tightness. The therapist will check with you to ensure you are comfortable and will encourage you to relax to make the most of this massage. Although some pain may be felt at times you will feel rejuvenated afterwards.

Deep Tissue Sports Massage

After long driving trips, or hours spent hunched over your computer, or simply subjecting your body to awkward postures, can cause muscle tension in the neck and shoulder area. This can cause other problems as well as headaches and stress. There may also a loss of flexibility too.
