From the moment you sit in her chair, you feel completely looked after. Her knowledge is next level — she always knows exactly what will suit you and takes the time to explain everything, which makes you trust her completely. My colour is always perfect, my cut feels fresh every time, and my extensions blend so seamlessly it honestly looks like my natural hair.

Emily was a miracle worker! She turned my damaged bleach blonde hair into a lovely teddy blond that’s so natural! From the start to end she kept informing me what the steps are she’s doing, and even helping prepare for extensions next appointment! She restored my confidence and self love and I can’t stop smiling, 10/10 experience :)
