Consultation at the beginning to understand what you want. If you're doing color and depending on the color, he will compare with a color palette and recommend various options. If a color might be hard to achieve, he's pretty honest about it. As for haircut, its quite precise to inspirational photos that you show him. Very satisfied with the final result!

This is the choice for maximum blonding or to create a modern multi dimensional look.
