I went in with an injury and left with much reduced pain! Pressure was great, and I felt informed about where the pain was coming from and what I could do to stretch and help reduce tension in my muscles afterwards. Thank you!

I had an amazing Myofascial Release Therapy with Lemar. He was really outgoing and knew exactly where I held tension in my body and now I feel relief. I would recommend.

Feeling very zen after my deep tissue massage - rejuvenated and very relaxed. I highly recommend leaving yourself in Lemar's capable hands if you need to decompress :)

Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10
