Swedish massage helps with relaxation and energy renewal as well as relieve pain, stress and muscle tension. It can also help people cope with illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, stomach problems, fibromyalgia etc.

Shiatsu is a holistic form of therapy that improves a person’s overall health by affecting their internal energy system. Dry needling is a newer treatment which has evolved over the last few decades. It is also sometimes called intramuscular stimulation. It focuses exclusively on treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular pain by releasing trigger points which are areas of knotted or hard muscle. 

Acupuncture restores energy flow, while dry needling targets dysfunctional muscle trigger points.
