Fantastic experience, yet again today. Natasha put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. This was piercing number three with Empress and I will never go anywhere else. I can't wait to book number 4 and 5 😁

Brilliant! popped in to get some new jewellery, they changed it there and then for me - really easy and quick.

Was given a warm welcome on arrival and found the staff very helpful,Tash was very helpful with some advice on some new body jewellery I wanted and did such a great job on giving me a piercing! Great aftercare advice and very polite service
