I am a qualified and insured sports therapist. I specialise in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Cupping Therapy, Kinesiology Taping and Vitamin Injections. As a therapist i am very caring and dedicated to provide the highest level of care for all my clients. As an ex-gymnast myself I’m aware of the impact that sport and physical activity can have on the body. I know personally that a sports massage therapist has helped me perform to a higher standard, due to relieving pain and tension, it puts a positive impact on preventing injury and aiding the recover process.
