My name is Katerina, and wellness is not simply my profession — it is my calling. A passion rediscovered Between 2007 and 2009, I completed my studies in aesthetics with honors, graduating at the top of my class. During that time, I discovered massage therapy — not simply as a technique, but as a meaningful way to connect, to heal, and to offer genuine care to others. Where knowledge meets care Since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge through years of hands-on practice, personal training, and a background in yoga. My understanding of anatomy, movement, and kinesiology is combined with something equally important: intuition, empathy, and personal experience. Having faced my own physical challenges and pain throughout life, I became even more dedicated to helping others find relief, balance, and wellbeing. Building a dream Opening my own space in September 2025 was a dream I carried within me for many years. Step by step, with love, dedication, and purpose, I continue building a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel genuinely cared for.
