Founded in 2020 in Lisbon, Ahimsa Massage Therapy began with a commitment to conscious, therapeutic touch and the body’s natural balance. I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, working between New York and Lisbon since 2017. After completing a four-year program in Traditional Chinese Medicine, my practice expanded beyond massage to include broader therapeutic services. As my training and offerings evolved, Ahimsa naturally grew into Manú Kondo Healing, now based in Arroios, Lisbon.
