The facial was incredibly relaxing—so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! 😴😂 What impressed me even more was that I could instantly see and feel a difference in my skin afterward. My skin looked refreshed, rejuvenated, and had such a beautiful glow. Beyond the facial itself, I absolutely love Jem's personality and professionalism. I had an amazing experience at The Skin Studio! The environment was beautifully clean, calm, and relaxing, with soothing aromas and peaceful music that made it easy to completely unwind. The facial itself was incredible - gentle, soothing, professional, and thoughtfully done. I have extremely sensitive skin and am usually cautious about new products, but every product used agreed perfectly with my skin. I left with my skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and glowing. Lorette is excellent at what she does. Unfortunately the new set up is very clustered and the noise from the other side of what use to be the lobby area is distracting from your spa treatment and it’s difficult to block it out. Think u should reconsider your space ..

She took the time to explain to me the products she was using what it was for and always made sure I was comfortable. I received a facial where the service far exceeded my expectations and was by far THE BEST facial I have ever experienced. The setup was cozy, inviting, and soothing. Shania was very professional and well educated about the products and service offerings. She tailored the service to suit my specific needs and the experience was one I am looking forward to encountering again real soon. I had a wonderful experience with my Brazilian wax service today. The environment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Phylicia was professional, friendly, and very gentle throughout the entire service, which made the experience as comfortable as possible. I also really appreciated the cute and thoughtful aftercare kit, it was such a nice personal touch and showed how much she cares about her clients beyond the appointment itself. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
