Ashley advised that I get a TCA peel since it was my first time getting a chemical peel and the face wash I use contains salicylic acid so she wanted to be cautious. She explained the whole procedure and I was worried about how painful it would be but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Ashley was very gentle and she ensured to check in with me about the sensations I was experiencing throughout the procedure. My only complaint is that I waited in the reception area for a good 25mins and no apology or explanation was offered as to why it took so long. Overall it was a pleasant relaxing experience.

I’ve had a few treatments with Emma, including a chemical peel and microneedling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled with acne-prone skin and pigmentation on my cheeks, but since starting my treatments I’ve noticed such a big difference. My skin is so much clearer and I haven’t had a break out since having the chemical peel. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really welcoming. I absolutely love this salon and the lovely ladies here. I’ve had chemical peels with Claire, and they have helped my skin so much. I also had a massage a while ago which was so relaxing — she really knows what she’s doing. I’ve also had BIAB nails done by Bobbi Jo, and she is amazing. She helped my nails grow and always does such a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this salon. Both ladies are so talented and welcoming, and they really care about their clients.

This was my second chemical peel. I can see the difference in my skin texture, pigmentation and fine lines. Would recommend Lily, she is very knowledgeable and has good advice on continued skin care and making the best of the effects of the peel.
