Katrina is an excellent beauty therapist ,provides a customised facial and works hard during the treatment ensuring that your skin is much improved following the treatment .She provides honest and helpful advice on products that are required to maintain your skin in between treatments and I would recommend her.

I had another great physio session with Sally & Colm today as having massive issues with my back. As always a detailed verbal conversation was had prior to any massaging or needle work been carried out. After the 45 minute session i felt great relief & was able to straighten up the back & move more freely. Sally was direct & mentioned a few back strenghtening excerises going forward....old body, new parts needed.

I’ve known Daniel for years and he’s not only a great person, but also an amazing physio. I’ve been seeing him once a month for almost 6 months. My problems come from poor posture, physical exhaustion, hard training and stress. I’ve had pain under my left shoulder blade, tight muscles, sciatica and hip issues. Over the last 4 months I’ve seen a huge improvement and the pain is slowly getting better! It’s hard work and takes time, but Daniel has helped me believe I can get better. Hopefully one day he won’t have anything left to fix and I’ll just come in for coffee! 😹❤️ Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time back to Sharon. At this visit I did bio-energy and reflexology. I am currently 7 months pregnant and feeling the full affects of the third trimester. I wasnt sleeping great and my brain was constantly on the go. Between the two therapies, I left feeling absolutely relaxed to my core and my brain fully settled 😌 Sharon is an amazing therapist and an even more amazing lady. I would highly recommend these sessions during pregnancy. I cant wait for my next visit 🥰
