Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Highly recommend Ken to anyone needing physical therapy. He's knowledgeable, patients and truly care for his patients. I was having weak bones and knee issues that was severely impacting my daily life. Thanks to Ken within my 3rd visit and with Ken's expert, guidance, hands on therapy and tailored home exercises, I am now pain-free on my knees have improved signifcantly and able to climb the staircase without any issues. Great red light therapy bed provided, that is quite powerful. Space is clean and comfortable. Owner is friendly and approachable. Heard that he is looking at getting a timer that would help with knowing when to switch over, which will be helpful but I just use my phone timer in the meantime.
