I haven been visiting Katrina for the last couple of years for lymphatic drainage massages. The benefits I get from these are worth every single visit. My body debloats, less fluid retention, my mind feels settled and I feel so much more refreshed and detoxed. Kelly done me the most amazing lymphatic drainage on my legs today. I lack so much confidence with my legs as I suffer with lipoedema, yet from one massage, I’ve noticed such a difference already. Lymphatic detox massage before going on holiday just the trick some swelling minimised by wearing compression socks, minimal swelling too during my stay. Can't recommend this treatment enough relaxing massage with great results.

Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

Daffodil Spa is immaculate, lovely interior and very fr I endly and warm staff. I am on holiday in Saudi and wanted to try a lymphatic drainage treatment. I found Daffodil's online and the reviews were good so I booked. The first treatment was do good that I booked a second. On both visits my therapist was Samantha. She was able to notice the difference in the ease of movement when doing the second massage based on my exercise and reduced fluid. Samantha also provided me with suggestions on how to maintain and continue to see improvements in between treatments. See you again in October.

I’ve been having massages with Olha for many months now, and they are always amazing. This was my first experience of MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), and it was completely different from her usual massage. It was incredibly relaxing, and I slept so much better afterwards. I felt great the next day too! I’ll definitely be having MLD again and would highly recommend giving it a try with Olha. 💕

Today I was lucky enough to have a lymphatic drainage massage! It was amazing. So very relaxing and not painful at all. I'm used to very firm massages, but this was subtle, rhythmical and very relaxing. Not sure if it's the massage, but I've stepped on the scales and I'm 4lb down! I'll be coming for a massage every week if this is the reason! Lol

I had my first full body lymphatic drainage massage with Iga, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Although my first lymphatic drainage treatment, I’ve had lots of massages before, and this was exceptional. I was diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis a few years ago .. prescribed medication and steroid nasal spray helped but did not stop me getting bad episodes during the Summer. This Summer I added 2 anti histamines an air purifier in my bedroom, not drying clothes outside and regular lymphatic drainage massages with Helen and I have not had a single sinus episode. I thoroughly recommend Helen’s lymphatic drainage massages.. They are a game changer .. you can feel the difference after the massage.

The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. My First time experiencing a Lomi Lomi massage, I would say it was very relaxing, Dr Vijay was very professional and had great knowledge of Lomi Lomi, deep tissue and Lymphatic drainage massages which I have booked in for next week, he get all my knots out in my shoulders and helped me with my sciatic nerve and tight glutes. You’re seated in a massage bed that massages your back, arms, and legs the whole time while you enjoy your treatment, Ella uses a variety of tools and different water settings to thoroughly cleanse & treat your hair and scalp. She also incorporates manual upper-body massages and lymphatic drainage techniques, which were incredibly relaxing. On top of that, the Head Spa includes a mini facial, making the entire experience feel like the ultimate reset. I would 100% recommend booking with Ella!
