I don’t really do reviews but i know they help others when choosing the right counsellor etc Kate is simply amazing at what she does, the care, support and knowledge she has is incredible! Ive certainly showed some different sides to me in sessions and shes cared for every side, but also calls me out on some of my bullsh*t too which i needed. If you’re in need of a counsellor then id 100% recommend Kate. Ive come so far with her and i know we’re gonna get to where i want to be. Shes one of the only people i trust and you can go in there and not be judged. You wont be disappointed 😌

I had my very first reiki session and it was amazing. Loads of different sensations from feeling like I was floating to a throbbing in my head and then other emotions. The setting is lovely with crystals, aromatherapy oils and relaxing sounds. I will be back for more treatments. You have got to try this.

Jaiden was very professional and she made sure she was applying the right pressure. I was so relaxed that I was afraid I would fall asleep! She did an excellent job and I only wish that I booked a longer session. This small massage business is a gem in the neighborhood.

Never been to a counsellor before, so my first session was supposed to be nerve wracking for me. Surprise, it wasn't what I imagined at all, because Lucy made me feel safe and every subject was accepted as openly as possible. I’ve just had my second bioresonance appointment and once again came away feeling incredibly reassured and supported. What I particularly appreciate is how thorough the whole experience is. Nothing feels rushed. Everything that comes up during the session is talked through and explained in a way that I can understand, giving me the opportunity to ask questions and feel involved in what is being discussed. Having the findings explained to me was really interesting, but what made the experience even more valuable was receiving a detailed written report afterwards.

Although I have done Reiki before, this was my first time visiting this practitioner, and she exceeded all expectations. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly right from the start. When I mentioned feeling discomfort in my right elbow and neck, she listened carefully and skillfully guided the healing energy directly to those areas. During the session, I felt a wave of profound relaxation wash over me, to the point where I completely drifted off to sleep. Thank you very much for the incredible dedication to your work!

Leanne provides an outstanding kinesiology service. When I arrived, I knew I wasn’t feeling like my best self, but I couldn’t clearly identify what was out of balance. Vandaag mijn eerste sessie bij Sara gehad en wat heeft me dit deugd gedaan. ❤️ Op een heel zachte en warme manier heeft ze zoveel in beweging gebracht en losgemaakt. Ik ging buiten met een gevoel van rust, maar ook met het besef dat er heel wat dingen even mochten stromen. Sara creëert een fijne, veilige sfeer waarin je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Dit was mijn eerste ervaring met haar manier van werken, maar ik voel nu al dat dit me veel kan brengen. Heel dankbaar voor deze mooie eerste sessie. 🙏🏻✨
